Refund and Returns Policy

- Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions must be met for an item to be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item must have all tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Clothing must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Some health and personal care items
- How to Return an Item
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to lakshmitraders0509@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lakshmitraders0509@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) in your email for quicker processing.
